Stéphanie Schindler

Stéphanie Schindler advises and represents local and international clients on various labour law issues, from individual (recruitment to termination of employment agreements) to collective labor relations (day-to-day relations with staff representatives, information and consultation procedures).

She also has significant experience in mass redundancies, plant closings, implementation and monitoring of social plans, as well as social consequences of corporate mergers and acquisitions and reorganisations. Stéphanie has developed an acute knowledge with regards to IT law issues related to codes of conduct and whistle blowing regulations.

Moreover, Stéphanie represents clients in the context of disputes, from legal proceedings before all kinds of tribunals to settlement agreements.
