Izabela advises Polish and foreign clients from various sectors on tax issues.

Her experience includes advising on withholding tax, in particular applying for opinions on the application of withholding tax preferences and applying for withholding tax refunds. She conducts due diligence reviews, including the preparation of due diligence reports, in particular for energy and medical sector. She also advises Polish and foreign employers on tax issues related to hiring of employees and assists with tax registrations for foreign companies starting a business in Poland.

Izabela also prepares tax opinions and applications for individual tax interpretations. Her experience includes also support in matters related to tax proceedings.
