Rebecca von Rüti appointed Co-chair of the Canadian Class Action Litigation Practice Group

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP is pleased to announce that Rebecca von Rüti will join David Neave as Co-chair of the Canadian Class Action Litigation Practice Group. ‎

Rebecca has extensive experience in the defence of class ‎actions, including claims ‎brought against international airlines, motor vehicle manufacturers, global electronic manufacturers, ‎multinational technology companies, global pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, educational ‎publishers, food manufacturers and specialty chemical and raw material manufacturers‎. Rebecca has acted for a prominent roster of leading global entities on national and cross-border proceedings across a number of practice areas including consumer protection, competition/restraint of trade, false and misleading advertising, data breach/privacy, secondary market ‎misrepresentation, product liability and negligence‎. Rebecca has been recognized by leading lawyer ranking guides LMG Life Sciences, The Legal 500 Canada and the Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory
