  • Advising the Austrian group Novomatic, one of the world’s leading gaming technology companies, in connection with the acquisition of Vikings Casinos, a French casino operator.
  • Advising the shareholders of LumApps (including Goldman Sachs, Eurazeo, BPI, Famille C and the founders) in connection with the acquisition of a controlling stake in LumApps by Bridgepoint for USD650m.
  • Advising team.blue, a leading digital solutions provider, on the acquisition of 85.1% of the share capital and voting rights in Kolsquare, a European influencer marketing platform.
  • Advising the French leading hydrogen fund HY24 in connection with its EUR 200m majority investment in the French company HysetCo, a pioneer in hydrogen mobility solutions, joining existing shareholders Air Liquide, TotalEnergies, Toyota and Kouros.
  • Advising a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris for the acquisition of a French FoodTech company.
  • Advising the UAE subsidiary of a company listed on the regulated market of Euronext Paris for the establishment of a joint-venture with a local partner in the field of ground improvement in the Middle East region.
  • Advising a French HealthTech company in connexion with a Series A and Series B fundraising involving a French private equity fund.
  • Reorganization of a French real estate group (including merger, demerger, partial contribution of assets) and implementation of a management package for the key employees.
