Kelly Mai is an associate who focuses her practice on patent and trade secret litigation. She represents clients in the automobile, software, technology, and telecommunications industries in federal district courts and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Kelly's interest in patent litigation developed at Boston College Law School, where she interned for the Honorable Raymond T. Chen of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Honorable Paul G. Levenson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also served as Executive Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law & Technology and qualified for the 2025 White & Case International Rounds in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
