DLA Piper advises LINET Group on a syndicated corporate financing

DLA Piper has advised European health care group LINET Group SE on an international syndicated corporate financing provided by Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Comercni banka, Citibank, Deutsche Bank and Ceska sporitelna.

LINET is a major European manufacturer of hospital and nursing beds. The company’s portfolio includes solutions designed for intensive care, products for regular in-bed treatment and also special beds for old people’s homes and long-term care facilities. Moreover, LINET offers smart applications such as SafetyMonitor and SafeSense, as well as solutions for gynecology and obstetrics.
