DLA Piper welcomes Shana Ramirez to the Leveraged Finance practice

DLA Piper is pleased to welcome Shana Ramirez as a Partner in the Leveraged Finance practice. She will be based in the Los Angeles office.

Ramirez advises lenders and borrowers on representations across a wide range of secured and unsecured financings at both the fund and portfolio level. Her extensive experience includes domestic and cross-border acquisition financings, unitranche facilities, first lien/second lien facilities, subscription facilities, net asset value-based facilities, general partner facilities, management company facilities, leverage facilities and warehouse facilities. Her background in fund finance includes representation of both borrowers and lenders across multiple sectors, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and private credit.
