Francesco Cerasi

With over 30 years of experience, Francesco Cerasi is a Partner in the Corporate department and is head of the transactional Insurance team within his department. He works between the offices of Rome and Milan.

Francesco assists clients in corporate and commercial matters, he specializes in corporate and M&A transactions having acquired consolidated experience in Italy and internationally.

He assists domestic and international clients, in their extraordinary operations such as minority or majority investments, spin-offs, divestments, mergers, joint ventures, corporate reorganization and cross-border transactions.

He is a director (without delegated powers) and liquidator of many companies.

He also deals with commercial and administrative litigation.

He founded the Italian Compliance Association AICOM, where he is responsible for the Insurance Department and member of the Steering Committee.
