Julia is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney with extensive experience in helping clients clear, protect and enforce trade mark and design rights worldwide. She works with clients across a broad range of sectors, including technology, financial services & fashion.

Julia also handles contentious registry proceedings. She has significant experience before the EUIPO and the UK IPO's Tribunal and has represented a number of high-profile brands in trade mark disputes.

Julia enjoys assisting businesses with all aspects of their brand protection, from domain and company name enforcement matters, to customs recordals and seizures, and obtaining protection for non-traditional trade marks.
