Riccardo Malavolti

Riccardo Malavolti is a Lawyer within the Corporate team with over 10 years' experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, with a focus in the energy sector. He is based in the Rome office.

Riccardo also advises clients on the negotiation of construction, operation and offtake contracts for energy projects (e.g., EPC, O&M, PPA, tolling), as well as bespoke project power and gas import and supply contracts, agreements for the transfer of certificates, EFET and ISDA agreements.
