Tia Nguyen focuses her practice on defending leading global companies in class action litigation. She represents clients in both state and federal courts across the country with a particular focus in California and Washington. Tia has extensive experience with complex and industry-shaping disputes, including class actions and multidistrict litigations involving consumer protection, privacy, unfair competition, and false advertising claims. Her representative experience has involved defending clients across a wide variety of sectors, including technology, consumer goods, and pharmaceutical industries.
