Lauren is part of the North West team working across our Liverpool and Manchester offices, joining the firm in 2009. She deals with a wide range of property transactions including development and regeneration, acquisitions and disposals, and has particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters and sustainability. Lauren has over 15 years’ experience acting across industrial, office and retail portfolios and deals with all aspects of portfolio management.
Clients include major pension funds and property investors, developers (including residential developers) and private companies.
Acting for a number of household pension funds and unit trusts on all aspects of their portfolio management (from multi-let shopping centres to industrial units), including acquisitions and sales.
Advising Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council on the Chester Northgate scheme, from initial strategic advice concerning the mixed-use scheme to present day asset management work.
Dealing with various property management work for WeWork, including the first lease of their office headquarters on Baker Street, London.
Advising on and dealing with pre-lets and asset management work for the re-development of the mixed use scheme at Camden Market Hawley Wharf, London.
Advising The Liverpool Football Club on all aspects of property law including the expansion of the Anfield Stadium and related development advice (working closely with Liverpool City Council) and dealing with their retail lettings.
Acting for the residential developer Elan Homes on all aspects of site acquisition and site set-up with particular focus on the North West.
