DLA Piper advises ONDE and Neo Energy Group on sale of wind farm

DLA Piper has advised ONDE and Neo Energy Group on the sale of a 100% stake in the special purpose vehicle (SPV) that owns the Szybowice wind farm construction project to Energa Green Development. The firm also advised on the negotiation of the turbine supply agreement (TSA) and operation and maintenance (O&M) contracts with wind turbine supplier Vestas.

The Szybowice wind farm consists of 17 Vestas turbines, each with a capacity of 2.2 MW and a height of 180 metres. The construction of the wind farm is expected to be completed within 21 months.

The wind farm’s new owner has commissioned ONDE to perform construction and electrical works at the Szybowice wind farm, and Neo Energy Project Management will exercise investor supervision over the implementation of this project.
