DLA Piper guides I2X Technologies in strategic acquisition by CIRI, fueling next stage of growth
DLA Piper advised I2X Technologies (I2X) in its acquisition by Alaska native regional corporation Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI). I2X, a provider of engineer services, enterprise IT software, and mission support for government clients, will now operate under OSC Global, an IT, cybersecurity, and professional services leader.
