DLA Piper’s Erin Gibson tops Patexia’s list of leading US International Trade Commission litigators
DLA Piper has been recognized by Patexia ITC Section 337 Intelligence Report as one of the nation’s leading patent litigation firms in US International Trade Commission (ITC) litigation based on activity, success, and performance scores – further demonstrating DLA Piper’s market-leading strength in guiding clients through complex ITC investigations. In addition, Erin Gibson, Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Technology sector and Chair of its ITC practice, was ranked as the #1 most active ITC attorney representing respondents and the #1 best performing ITC attorney representing respondents, earning a Patexia performance score of 100 percent.
