• Advising on arbitrators' nomination and other relevant procedural workstreams in arbitration proceedings before Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA).
• Successfully litigating in enforcing an ICC Arbitral Award before the Enforcement Court.
• Successfully litigating on behalf of a global Korean construction company in proceedings initiated by sub-contractors following the contract Owner’s default on payment.
• Representing major state-owned companies before Commercial, Criminal, Enforcement, Appellate Courts as well as the Supreme Court in several cases pertaining to complex shareholder disputes.
• Revoking a USD 15.9 Million Saudi Appeal Court default judgment on behalf of a leading Korean state-owned EPC company.
• Successfully defending more than SAR 150 Million in labour related cases brought against several clients before Saudi Arabian Labour Courts.
• Successfully enforcing a USD 23 Million promissory note on behalf of a non-Saudi registered machinery & equipment company before the Enforcement Court in Khobar.
• Representing Oil & Gas, Health, Engineering, Tech, Retail, and Energy companies before Commercial, Labour, Criminal, General, Appellate Courts, and the Saudi Supreme Court.
• Successfully negotiated settlements of significant disputes on behalf of several prominent global companies including state-owned companies.
• Drafting & submission of thousands of court related submissions including Legal Briefs, Statements of Claim, Statements of Defence, Appeals, Motions to Revoke, and Extraordinary Motions.
• Working with forensic accountants, engineers, property valuers, and land surveyors appointed by courts and tribunals in complex disputes.

Bankruptcy

• Filing bankruptcy procedures including Financial Restructuring & Liquidation procedures.
• Acting on behalf creditors & debtors before Bankruptcy Circuits of Commercial Courts in Financial Restructuring, Liquidation, and Protective Settlement procedures.
• Representing creditors & debtors before the Bankruptcy Commission, appointed trustees, and several governmental authorities.
• Representing debtors and debtor shareholders in asset investigations brought by the Saudi Bankruptcy Commission.

Real Estate

• Leading a due diligence team tasked by a leading UAE state-owned company to conduct due diligence on 200+ properties including greenfield and renovation sites.
• Acting for a major Chinese state-owned company in retaining ownership of a multi-million-dollar property located in the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Negotiating lease agreements with landlords and tenants.
• Conducting due diligence on manual & electronic title deeds as well as headleases & subleases.
• Converting manual title deeds to electronic title deeds ensuring satisfaction of title deed conversion mandates.
• Converting 100+ manual property lease agreements to electronic leases via EJAR portal.
• Drafting traditional & electronic property lease agreements.
