She has extensive expertise in drawing up legal opinions, complex trademarks, copyright and patent assignment and licensing agreements, distribution agreements, and agreements for the development of new technologies. She has also prepared numerous agreements for the assignment and transfer to companies and employers of rights and ownership of inventions and creations by employees and contractors.

She advises Italian and international clients across various sectors, including life sciences, media and new technologies.
