  • Representing a tech company in a multi-patent litigation before German courts and the Unified Patent Court in both infringement and nullity/revocation proceedings, including corresponding advice on licensing issues. The litigation relates to wireless charging devices allegedly implementing the Qi wireless charging standard.
  • Representing a globally leading US-based consumer electronics company in out of court proceedings relating to alleged infringement of electric circuit technology.
  • Representing a German manufacturer in proceedings relating to fraudulent abstraction of patent rights.
  • Advising and representing a manufacturer of household appliances in preliminary and main proceedings before the Unified Patent Court at first instance and on appeal.
  • Representing a tobacco product manufacturer in preliminary injunction proceedings.
  • Representing a manufacturer of protective sports equipment in a patent dispute before the Unified Patent Court.
