• Advising Allegro.pl, one of Europe's largest trading platforms, on a number of add-on acquisitions, including the acquisition of eBilet Polska, Opennet, FinAi and X-press Couriers.
• Advising shareholders of DROMA Sunshade-Experts on the sale of a 74% stake in the company to Hunter Douglas Europe.
• Advising GS E&C on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Danwood Holding from Enterprise Investors (transaction value: EUR 140 million).

• Advising Polenergia Group, Poland's largest privately owned energy group, on its PLN 750 million public offering.
• Advising the investment banks Biuro Maklerskie PKO BP, mBank and WOOD & Co. on the PLN 363 million IPO of Shoper.
• Advising Photon Energy Group, a global solar energy solutions and services company, on the admission of all of its shares to trading on the main markets of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and the Prague Stock Exchange.
