Michael has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border public and private mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, venture capital financings, strategic investments, and joint ventures. He has represented public and private companies, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, and corporate venture capital investors in the technology, biotechnology, renewable energy, consumer products, and other industries. He also represents financial advisors in public M&A transactions.
