Guillaume-Denis heads the Litigation & Regulatory department of the Paris office, where he has more specifically developed a strong focus on financial litigation and on healthcare law.

He is widely acknowledged as a leading expert in the defense of investment funds, especially in the private equity sphere, and regularly advises management companies, senior executives, and investors in high-stakes disputes relating to transactions, fraud and corporate governance.

Drawing on significant experience in healthcare regulatory disputes, he has become a recognized expert in healthcare law. He advises clients in a wide range of areas, including medical biology, radiology, veterinary services, ophthalmology, and dentistry.

He advises on healthcare group structuring from a regulatory standpoint and supports private equity funds and portfolio companies in major transactions, while also assisting with interactions with professional associations and regulatory authorities.

  • Advising German fund managers on a liability action concerning illiquid bond investments.
  • Advising a medical biology group in connection with multiple legal proceedings and arbitrations involving its subsidiaries.
  • Representing a European manufacturer in supply chain disputes linked to a subcontractor’s financial distress.
  • Representing the acquirer of a foreign company in a dispute involving fraud affecting the validity of the underlying transaction.
  • Representing veterinary groups in structuring-related disputes.
  • Advising a sovereign wealth fund on the structuring and contemplated acquisition of financial rights in a medical biology laboratory.
  • Advising a European medical biology group in connection with a dispute settlement following an acquisition.
  • Defending a medical biology group in multiple judicial proceedings and/or arbitration matters involving its subsidiaries.
