His experience includes cradle to grave management of the above listed transactions, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, title and survey, leases, loan documents, construction and development agreements, and related transactional and organizational documents.
His practice also encompasses real estate finance, where he represents both borrowers and lenders in acquisition, construction, and permanent financings, as well as mezzanine loans, syndications arrangements.
