Áron Kovaloczy is the head of financial advisory services in DLA Piper Business Advisory Ltd.

During the past more than 15 years, Áron was involved in more than 500 business valuation and valuation review engagements. He has specific expertise in application of various valuation methods in special appraisal situations such as dispute and litigation cases.

Áron has significant expertise in M&A as well, mostly in the energy and life sciences sector, and he was also involved in several commercial due diligence projects in several countries. Áron holds Master of Economics degree from the University of Economics in Budapest. He gives lectures on valuation and modeling regularly at the university.
