Directions
As global economic shifts, geopolitical tensions and new workforce models continue to reshape how organisations operate, employers across the US and Asia Pacific are rethinking how they manage people, communications and workplace expectations in an increasingly AI driven environment. This year, in addition to our APAC team, we are excited to welcome Holly Lake, US employment partner from our Los Angeles office, for the first time to share a fresh US perspective on these emerging dynamics and what they mean for employers across APAC.
Join us for a high impact session featuring:
- Rapid fire jurisdiction-specific updates on key legislative and case law developments, as well as emerging trends shaping the future of work in Asia Pacific.
- A lively panel discussion on the unintended consequences AI can have for employers around hiring, monitoring and employee management.
- A topical case study on navigating grievances, difficult conversations, performance and mental health issues in an AI shaped workplace where employees are using the benefit of AI to draft grievances, responses and claims.
2.5 CPD points (CPD accreditation subject to the Hong Kong Law Society's approval) will be available upon successful completion of a brief assessment.
