DLA Piper Canada welcomes associate Arianna Yoffe to the Montreal office

DLA Piper (Canada) LLP welcomes Arianna Yoffe to the firm’s Montreal office in the Employment group. Arianna maintains an employment and labour law practice with extensive experience advising employers on compliance, workforce management, and executive compensation, as well as providing employment counsel on complex corporate transactions, including share and asset acquisitions.

Arianna combines deep corporate expertise with a practical, business-minded approach to navigating employment and labour issues. She has advised leading employers across North America on workforce restructurings, employment standards compliance, employee relations, workplace policies, employee terminations, and collective dismissals.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Arianna practised at a leading Canadian law firm. She received her J.D. and LL.B. from the Université de Montréal.
