Emma Heron is a Junior Associate in the Intellectual Property team. She has assisted clients on various contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including brand protection and clearance exercises, trade mark registry proceedings, company name and trade mark infringement disputes, advertising and licensing of intellectual property.
Emma works across a range of sectors including Consumer Goods, Foods and Retail and Media, Sport and Entertainment.
With previous experience working in-house at a global media and entertainment company, Emma particularly enjoys considering business’ commercial and sector demands when advising on intellectual property matters.
