  • Advise and assist the multinational clients (in respect of their Thai subsidiaries) in initial public offerings and listing on the overseas exchanges
  • Advise and assist the clients in joint venture arrangements in respect of establishment of a new joint venture company and in joint investment projects
  • Advise and assist the telecommunications company in  investment in US start-ups companies
  • Advise and assist the bank in issuing senior notes outside Thailand
