Jeff Neuman focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and insurance disputes.

Jeff regularly represents industry leaders with respect to various sophisticated and high-exposure insurance matters, including those arising under representations and warranties, commercial property, builders’ risk, and business interruption lines of coverage. Jeff's diverse litigation experience includes fact development and investigation, discovery management, depositions, witness preparation, and briefing and motions practice across government investigations, mediation, arbitration, and both state and federal litigation.
