Richelle Pollard

Richelle provides strategic advice to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector on a variety of employment related issues, with a particular focus on wrongful competition, executive compensation, and shareholder disputes. She has successfully litigated cases before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal, as well as private commercial arbitration proceedings. 

Richelle has extensive experience in the financial and insurance brokerage industries advising on employee mobility and book of business ownership issues.
