Brian Boyle rejoins DLA Piper’s Litigation practice in Philadelphia

DLA Piper announced today that Brian Boyle has rejoined the firm’s Litigation practice as a partner in Philadelphia.

Boyle litigates high-stakes, complex civil matters, with a focus on antitrust and consumer protection. He defends clients in investigations by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ) and state attorneys general. He also frequently advises clients on antitrust transactional and compliance issues, as well as FTC and state consumer protection compliance.

Boyle has deep experience in federal and state courts across the country as lead and coordinating counsel. His experience before the FTC, DOJ and state enforcers includes both merger and non-merger antitrust investigations, as well as consumer protection investigations. Beyond his disputes practice, Boyle has advised public and private clients concerning corporate transactions, including due diligence, HSR merger control and integration-related matters.

Boyle joins from McDermott Will & Emery, where he was a partner in the firm’s antitrust practice, and was previously an associate at DLA Piper. He received his JD from Villanova University School of Law, his MBA from Villanova University and his BA from Loyola University Maryland.
