DLA Piper Argentina advises on the issuance of Treasury Notes by the Province of Chubut

DLA Piper advised Province of Chubut (the Province) on the issuance of Series XCVII Treasury Notes Class 1 and Class 2 for a total aggregate amount of AR$2,191,381,182 under the Province's Treasury Notes Issuance Program.

The Notes Class 1 mature on February 23, 2023, with the principal payable entirely at maturity, and Class 2 matures on December 20, 2023, amortizing proportionally the total amount in six bimonthly payments. Interest will accrue at the higher of: (i) a fixed annual nominal rate; and (ii) the sum of the BADLAR rate plus a fixed margin determined in the bidding process.
