Geoff provides strategic advice to innovative life sciences clients on regulatory and compliance issues for pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical devices. His experience includes life cycle management and data protection, product and establishment licensing, Form IV patent listing, Certificates of Supplemental Protection, approval pathways, drug advertising, drug reimbursement/pricing, and the implications of international trade agreements.

Rebecca von Rüti - Product Liability Attorney of the Year (Canada): Rebecca is Co-Chair of the Canadian Class Action Defence group.‎ She has extensive experience defending product liability claims, consumer protection claims, competition/restraint of trade ‎claims, ‎false and misleading advertising claims, data breach/privacy, secondary market ‎misrepresentation claims‎ and negligence claims‎.‎ Rebecca has defended numerous class ‎actions ‎brought against international airlines, ‎motor vehicle manufacturers, multinational technology companies, ‎international pharmaceutical ‎companies of prescription and OTC drugs, ‎medical product and device manufacturers, global insurance ‎companies, forest products companies, international educational ‎‎publishers, food manufacturers and specialty chemical and raw material manufacturers‎.
