Rebecca von Rüti - Product Liability Attorney of the Year (Canada): Rebecca is Co-Chair of the Canadian Class Action Defence group. She has extensive experience defending product liability claims, consumer protection claims, competition/restraint of trade claims, false and misleading advertising claims, data breach/privacy, secondary market misrepresentation claims and negligence claims. Rebecca has defended numerous class actions brought against international airlines, motor vehicle manufacturers, multinational technology companies, international pharmaceutical companies of prescription and OTC drugs, medical product and device manufacturers, global insurance companies, forest products companies, international educational publishers, food manufacturers and specialty chemical and raw material manufacturers.
