DLA Piper advises Keensight Capital on investment in Bentley Endovascular Group AB

DLA Piper has advised Keensight Capital on its investment in Bentley Endovascular Group AB alongside two co-investors.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, Bentley Endovascular Group AB controls its key subsidiary Bentley InnoMed GmbH and Qmedics AG. Bentley InnoMed GmbH develops, manufactures and markets innovative products for the minimally invasive treatment of vascular afflictions. With a worldwide network of distributors, the group is active in more than 80 countries.

Keensight Capital and the co-investors will support Bentley’s team in its next phase of growth. They will support the Group, notably by helping it expand its geographical footprint, reinforce its offering, and prepare the company for its upcoming IPO process.

Keensight Capital is one of Europe's leading growth buyout firms. For more than 20 years, the firm has made long-term investments in profitable companies with high growth potential and revenues of between EUR10 million and EUR400 million.
