Peter Artese

P.J. Artese focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on corporate, securities, and contract disputes. P.J. has significant experience in defending companies and their executives in shareholder derivative disputes, merger and acquisition litigation, corporate governance and complex contractual matters. More recently, P.J. has represented M&A transaction liability insurers in disputes arising under representations and warranties insurance. P.J. also has experience litigating real estate, trade secrets, and unfair competition cases, as well as arbitrations.
