• Advising Mérieux Equity Partners on its investment in Health in Code, a Barcelona based health tech company specialising in advanced genetic diagnostics and precision medicine software solutions, supporting the firm throughout the transaction process as part of Health in Code’s growth financing.
• Advising Mérieux Equity Partners, through its Buyout fund Mérieux Participations 4, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Curea Medical GmbH, a Germany based manufacturer of advanced wound care and superabsorbent dressing solutions, executed as a primary LBO carve out from McAirlaid’s.
• Advising Mérieux Equity Partners on its investment, alongside Charterhouse Capital Partners and Partners Group, in SERB Pharmaceuticals, a leading European specialty pharmaceutical group focused on prescription medicines for rare and life threatening diseases.
• Advising Eurazeo and its fund Nov Santé Actions, dedicated to the development of healthcare sectors in France, on its investment in the Oncodesign Services group, alongside its management and ERES IV SLP.
• Advising White Summit Capital on its EUR150m equity and debt investment in Powesco, a French provider of Energy Efficiency-as-a-Service solutions (ESCO).
• Advised Vauban Infrastructure Partners in its acquisition of Group Proxiserve, a specialized group in housing services.

M&A transactions

• Advising Mérieux Equity Partners, BNP Paribas, Cerea Partners and the management team in connection with the build-up of portfolio company Plantex through its combination with Nactarome, a European leader in natural taste, flavor and color solutions for the food and nutraceutical industries.
• Advising Qualcomm, Inc. in the acquisition of Tiempo SAS, a French technology company developing security solutions integrated into microelectronic circuits, from its founders and financial investors.

Growth / VC transactions

• Advising Guidewire Software, Inc., a leading American provider of core software platforms for the property and casualty insurance industry, on its strategic investment through the USD220m Series D financing round in Shift Technology SAS, a global insurtech company specialising in AI-driven decision automation and optimisation solutions for insurance fraud detection, underwriting and risk management.
• Advising Pfizer Ventures (US) LLC, the venture capital arm of Pfizer Inc., on its investment in Enodia Therapeutics’ EUR21m Seed financing round, a Paris-based biotechnology company developing novel small-molecule therapies for targeted protein degradation enabled by proteomics and machine learning.
