Ana O'Hara Condes is a commercial litigator whose practice spans a diverse range of industries, including work for leading companies in technology, insurance and reinsurance, and retail.

Ana’s experience includes representing public and private companies in major insurance coverage disputes, privacy and consumer fraud class action litigations, and breach of contract actions. She has litigated complex business disputes on both the plaintiff and defense side and has participated in high-value arbitrations and mediations.

Ana is also deeply invested in her pro bono practice, which focuses on prisoners’ rights cases and criminal appellate work. In a recent pro bono case, she took the depositions of key defendants and the defense’s expert witness.
