Jessica Daneshvar focuses her practice on Employment law, where she assists clients with their day-to-day HR and workforce needs such as review of company policies, separation agreements and leave requests and advice regarding compliance with everchanging regulatory orders. In addition, she assists clients with their employment-related litigation and has worked on discrimination and class action wage and hour matters.
