Katherine advises clients on complex judicial, arbitral, and extrajudicial disputes, bringing over a decade of experience in procedural strategy design, conflict resolution, and litigation management. Her practice spans proceedings before the Superior Courts of Justice, the Constitutional Court, and national arbitration centers in Peru.

She focuses on developing and executing tailored procedural strategies, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all stages of judicial and arbitral processes. Her approach combines rigorous legal analysis with a strategic vision oriented toward achieving practical and sustainable outcomes for her clients.

In parallel with her practice, Katherine is committed to legal education, serving as a professor at the Law Faculty of the University of Lima, where she contributes to the training of future legal professionals
