  • Advised Austrian IoT focused company in relation with its Series A+ financing round.
  • Advised a US corporation engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of equipment used in agriculture, construction, forestry and turf care in relation with the (indirect) acquisition of stakes in an Austrian leading innovator focused on the development of liquid-cooled electric battery modules and packs for high-performance and off-highway applications.
  • Advised a global chip producer in relation with the acquisition of an Austrian augmented reality software developer.
  • Led the investment of a venture capital fund in a financing round in an Austrian compliance software provider for digital assets.
  • Advised one of the world's largest fashion companies in relation with a multijurisdictional group reorganization.
  • Advised the world's leading manufacturer of braking systems for rail and commercial vehicles in relation with various group-internal restructurings.
  • Advised an Austrian software developer in relation with the sale of shares in the Austrian entity to a Texas incorporated company delivering the world's oil and gas companies with essential tools for the integration and modelling of data.
