Logan is a member of our Calgary Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. He has represented a broad range of clients in multiple industry sectors in Alberta focussing primarily on construction and broad commercial litigation. Logan has appeared before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal.

His approach to providing legal services is solutions-focussed, with the aim of achieving the best possible outcome for clients while avoiding costly and protracted litigation when possible. Logan achieves this by being transparent with his clients and providing a holistic perspective on their particular matter.
