EXPERIENCE

  • Advising Mace on the acquisition and development of a 44 storey residential tower scheme in Elephant & Castle, forward-selling the tower to a PRS investor and affordable housing to Peabody. This development, known as 360 London (or sometimes as Newington Butts) is developed under the GLA's delivery partner panel
  • Advising Hadley Mace on the 645 unit Greenwich Square scheme, a public land initiative acquisition  from the GLA with a deferred consideration, with affordable housing to L&Q, a leisure facility plus library for the Council, a new healthcare facility for the local PCT and an on-site CHP energy centre
  • Acting for Essential Living on their forward purchase of Taberner House from CCURV, a joint venture between Croydon Council and John Laing, which will develop 230 bespoke PRS units in a 32 storey Rogers Stirk tower
  • Advising various house builders on residential and mixed-use projects in London and the South East, such as Berkeley Group, Bellway, Bovis, Crest Nicholson, Taylor Wimpey, United House on schemes ranging from 50 to 5,500 units, including Berkeley's Woodberry Down regeneration in Hackney (5,500 units) and Crest Nicholson's Bath Riverside scheme (2,000 units)
