  • Providing strategic advice in respect of a multinational pharmaceuticals company on their international data transfers, focussing on their intragroup and vendor transfers.
  • Part of a global privacy team advising a global life sciences conglomerate as part of the spinout of one of its business units valued at USD8bn, supporting on advising both in respect of existing privacy compliance obligation gaps across the US, EU and UK, and also creating a bespoke privacy and data protection compliance program for the new SpinCo. which involves over 35 workstreams.
