Andrew’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and general corporate matters.

Andrew represents public and private entities in connection with domestic and international transactions, including cross-border acquisitions and dispositions.  He provides counsel to corporations, limited liability companies and other entities in general corporate matters, including business formation, restructuring, and corporate governance matters.
