  • Advising Montyon Capital in its acquisition of a majority stake in the Mathevon group, alongside the management.
  • Advising STG (Symphony Technology Group) on the acquisition from Eurazeo, BPI, Sofiouest and the founders of Klaxoon, a French-based global collaboration solutions provider, through its portfolio company, Wrike Inc.
  • Advising Woven Capital, the growth-stage investment fund of the Toyota Group, on its USD 30 million Series C investment in Shippeo, a French-based global leader in real-time transportation visibility solutions.
  • Advising a leading tire manufacturer, on the acquisition of a French company specializing in elastomer engineering.
