  • Advising a private equity / venture capital company headquartered in Lisbon on negotiations and on the investment by one of its managed funds in the direct acquisition of 100% of the share capital of a company headquartered in Setúbal, Portugal, and the resulting indirect acquisition of 70% of the share capital of a company engaged in the manufacture of ceramic bricks.
  • Advising a private equity / venture capital company headquartered in Lisbon on negotiations and on the investment by a venture capital fund it manages in the direct acquisition of a Portuguese company specializing in the manufacture of paper and flexible packaging.
  • Advising a Portuguese technology company in the healthcare and consulting sector on the negotiation and drafting of an amendment to an investment agreement for the issuance and subscription of direct, unsecured, unsubordinated and unconditional bonds, issued in book-entry and registered form and registered with Interbolsa.
  • Advising a portfolio company of a Portuguese venture capital firm in a financing and acquisition transaction involving a commercial company incorporated under Portuguese law and dedicated to operating educational establishments.
  • Advising a company headquartered in Portugal on a refinancing transaction, including the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of the transaction, as well as the registration and integration of the respective bonds with Interbolsa.
