Advising General Electric Company and its subsidiaries on a wide range of reorganisations and restructurings (including its Healthcare, Biopharma, Aviation and Power divisions), entailing mergers (including cross-border mergers), conversions, capitalisations and debt restructurings, spin-offs, and share and asset deals.
Advising General Electric Company on a global reorganisation following the signing by GE and EDF of a binding agreement related to EDF’s acquisition of GE Steam Power’s nuclear activities, including coordinating legal assistance in multiple jurisdictions worldwide.
Advising BASF, the world’s largest chemical conglomerate, on a major demerger and spin-off of the company’s business engaged in the production of catalysts which reduce the emission of harmful substances in cars, trucks and motorcycles.
