About

In the course of his career Péter was involved in numerous M&A transactions and reorganizations and as a result has significant experience in advising foreign clients and multinational companies.

Péter also has significant experience in the (corporate) reorganization of multinational companies on a local and on a global level and heads the Hungarian ICR (International Corporate Reorganizations) practice of DLA Piper.

As part of his practice, he regularly supervises and coordinates transactions in various parts of the world on behalf of major international clients.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Péter spent five years at a major Hungarian law firm as a junior associate and later as a senior attorney. Before that, Péter was a junior associate at the Hungarian cooperation firm of a major German law firm.
