DLA Piper advises the Province of Entre Ríos on issuance of US$300 million debt securities

DLA Piper advised the Province of Entre Ríos on the issuance of US$300 million in international debt securities, as well as on a cash tender offer for step-up US dollar bonds due 2028. 

The offer resulted in US$179.9 million (77.25 percent) of the original US$399.8 million principal accepted for purchase. The proceeds will be used to improve the Province’s debt maturity profile and make debt service payments, as well as to finance the development of infrastructure and public works projects.
