DLA Piper advises Central Puerto on acquisition of Patagonia Energy
DLA Piper advised leading Argentine private energy company Central Puerto on its acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital of Patagonia Energy S.A. The transaction marks Central Puerto’s entry into the oil and gas sector.
