  • Advised Harness, a leading end-to-end platform for software delivery, in the acquisition of Split, a company that provides an industry-leading Feature Delivery Platform™ which enables companies to embrace Impact-Driven Development across their engineering teams.
  • Advised DLG, the largest farm supply company in Europe, in the acquisition of a minority stake in Entre Rios Crushing S.A., an Argentine company dedicated to soybean crushing for the production of animal feed and other derivatives of soybean meal and soybean oil. As the consequence of this transaction, DLG, together with ACA (Asociación de Cooperativas Argentinas), a cooperative company made up of more than 137 agricultural and livestock cooperatives, hold a controlling interest in the target according to the partnership agreement between these two cooperatives.
